Top Ten Tuesday #49 + Teaser Tuesday #10

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish

This week's Top Ten Tuesday topic: Top 10 Books On My Summer TBR! I'm not sure I can pick only ten! But I did my best to whittle it down to just that.

I went rigid because another picture came to mind - that of the redheaded corpse lying in the courthouse yard with a gash across his throat. The memory sickened me as always, but now it had a new meaning: there had been a mojo bag about the neck, connecting the corpse with the VanZeldts. Did the lieutenant's friend Jorgenson, who disappeared as Lieutenant Lynd slept, have red hair?

    1. It's awesome, Laura! If you like fairy tale/ballad retellings, you will like it. It's a retelling of "Tam Lin," but it also has dashes of "Cinderella."

  4. Always Emily looks really good, just added it to my Goodreads shelf.

  5. Nice list! I've heard good things about I Hunt Killers, too. I actually managed to snag an autographed copy at BookCon. My brother is reading it now and says it's majorly dragging in the middle. We'll see.

    1. I've heard that the sequel to I HUNT KILLERS is even better, so I'm willing to sit through the dragging parts. :)

  6. Nice list, love how you set yours out. I really need to hurry up and start the Grisha series, especially since I own the first two. I like the look of Dorothy Must Die but refuse to buy. Always Emily looks interesting like the look of that one. I hope you find the time to get to them :)
